Tech Support not existent

You as well i think this will be the last time i buy anything ea. I havent played my sims 4 game in five months trying to figure it out. I am busy with school so when i actually decided to play sims 4 (which i downloaded) will not even display in my origin i tried downloading it again and it says code already in use. I cannot get in touch with anyone this is freaking craziness. I need to speak with someone asap. Or im going to go to game stop and ask for them to get in contact with someone or ask for my damn money back.
