Teenager not getting promoted in retail career

Crin,

Charisma level 2 is required, and he has it. I think it was checked. I didn't try any cheats on this character.

I have another teen that I started at level 2 Manual Labor with the Connections trait, so I will try to see if the same thing happens to her.

Maybe give them another career to see if it's limited to retail

My child has a while to age into a teen but I will try then

    My other teen that has the connections trait and is in Manual Labor also doesn't get promoted when meeting all requirements.
