Teens school day length

Yes. There have been times where my sim was at school for example and the clock would be in ultra speed and it would get to for example 1pm and i would see the minutes count by and it would get to 59 and then go back to being 1pm again. I don't know if this is another example of the issue or a new issue entirely, but i am starting to notice that when i send my sim to volunteer I will watch the circle of the task that it is doing and the green bar will be completely full as it usually is when a sim finishes a task and the sim will still be volunteering and time will go by even  though the green line around the circle task symbol is completely full.
