teleport any sim 25th August

No need for a mod. If you enter the Cheat testingcheats true you can shift-click and choose to teleport there.

What happens when you try to teleport a Sim? Have you checked if the same issue is there if you play without any mods?

I want teleport sim in deco car to do animations, but I can't teleport there sim because Sim teleports next to the car. 

That is not possible.
