Tense Moodlet Won't Go AWAY - The Sims 4

My sim read a skill book that was above her level. (Research & Debate Vol. 2: Utilizing Information) From the University Expansion. She has been constantly tense for about 14 days. No matter what I do to increase her fun need it doesn't go away and it has no time limit on the Moodlet. It constantly has the little red arrows going up as if she is still reading the book. I have removed the book from the household and reset the sim many times via the (Reset Object) Debug. It there are any solutions please let me know. This book has ruined her life... It's like she opened the book and had an existential crisis.
