I see in your tweet that restarting the game fixed this for you. If it happens again try repairing your game. You should also move out your Mods to see whether one or more maybe causing this issue.

Thank you. I only have a small number of CAS custom content there, nothing that should affect the roofs like this. I usually build without mods, so when I'm in my game next, I'll see if this happens again though maybe today's patch would have addressed it already hopefully.
