The game after Updating is not working

Hello.

I Updated recently Sims4.(Working fine before). It is strating but, it blocks on the first Menu...I push RESUME GAME button nothing happens. I even tried to move the Sims4 folder forom Dociments/ElectricArts to the dektop.It started but with the main Menu on the screen... my characters won't move. I can't exit from the game only with Task Manager...
