The game has run out of memory

@Katan_0  Okay, so your compute should definitely not be running out of memory, and I have serious doubts that Sims 4 itself could find a way to use that much RAM all by itself.  (Anything's possible; I'm just saying it's unlikely.)  Are you trying to stream your gameplay, and if so, does the issue happen when you don't stream?  Most of the errors in your dxdiag are related to streaming and the camera not starting properly, although there isn't enough information in the dxdiag to be more specific than that.

If that's not relevant, please test in a clean user folder.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see how a new save runs.

If the new save is fine, copy over one of your existing saves, but nothing else yet.  Since you're making a copy, you don't need to worry about missing mods or custom content—the original save will be intact while you experiment on the backup.

When you reboot, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running.  If you kill the wrong process and it doesn't restart automatically, just reboot your computer.
