If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file and fix game in Origin. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
If the problem is not gone, the reason may be a weak graphics card or out-of-date drivers or some problem with Windows updates. . To check this, your DxDiag is needed.

ok so here is the DxDiag for the computer giving me issues I'm moving my mods folder to the desktop at the moment but my computer also is about to restart for updates

Update I updated the display driver still had the same issue but this time I was able to hold down the volume button on my keyboard to get to the main menu and change it from full screen to windowed full screen and that helped fix the issue
