toemtrvh4eae Your dxdiag lists a few different types of BlueScreens, and also a few crashes of the graphics driver. It's hard to say where the issue is coming from given the variety of errors—this could be a hardware issue or a virus or a corrupt Windows install or possibly some misbehaving driver. But it's clear that something is very wrong. So I would suggest running a repair install of Windows first. Here's how:

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 14 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
Once you've finished, do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both graphics drivers. Here's how:
CRITICAL: If you only use a PIN to sign into Windows, switch to a full password first. There's a bug with Windows 11 that can send you into a boot loop when booting into safe mode, as the above instructions describe, if you only have a PIN. But setting a full password gets around that.
Use the newest drivers Asus provides for your laptop, which you can find here:

The Nvidia driver is a bit old, but not too much for Sims 4. And you can update again later if necessary, but please test with this driver first.
The proper order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while offline. Then go back online and test the game.
Once you've done all this, try again to play Sims 4, and let me know how it goes.
puzzlezaddict Thanks for your suggestion! The issue was gone after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game from Steam. Then I moved my saves and mods back and the game was still in good status, so I think the issue might still be related to the game itself. By the way, I upgraded my Nvidia driver after that. Thanks for your help!
Best Regards.
