Re: Sims 4 error: Failed to launch game

Since your July 1 update,we had encountered game bugs 

 I updated all the mods even delete and re-install again including the CC. I deleted the game several times, it always does the same thing! The needs of the sims we even see it's round and triangles. When I deleted the game and re-installed it now I can't even enter the game menu that at the time of startup I crash directly.

You should fix this problem because I'm not the only one here with the same problem !

    Hi!

    Im not an EA employee but maybe I can help since Ive taken a crash course in Sims 4 crashing analysis xD (jk). Pls answer the following questions:

    1. What are the exact steps you took when you reinstalled the mods?
    2. Does the crash occur in the EA app? Does an error message appear? If yes, can you translate pls (i dont speak french xD? Or does the crash happen in-game?
