The New Pack Charged Me In Euros

So I bought the new pack at around noon (2 hours or so after it was released, not exactly at release time), and had been under the impression that it would cost 19.99 in USD, as all other Game Packs cost (unless they are on sale). I played the game pack for a while (it is amazing. Loving it so far).

However my Paypal account has listed the price as 21.09 EUROS, which translates to a charge of $24.72 in US dollars.

I have bought previous packs in the dollar amount recently enough, including Get Famous on release day, so it's not my paypal settings or my origin/game or computer settings.

It's only a few dollars difference but I feel disappointed at having to pay more than I expected, and more than other Americans had to pay. Unless the price of the packs has gone up? 

Hopefully I posted in the right spot. Most issues seem to be gameplay issues, not financial. I hope this can be solved soon!
