sims 4 not downloading sims packages

hi there. I downloaded the new update a few days ago and my game will not download the 'sims delivery' package I apparently need to play my game with mods. I have removed all my mods from my sims folder and it sill wont download, about every 30 seconds it comes up with 'an unknown error has occurred. code 00000010:00000000000000c8'. I've got no idea what this means but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know its been like a week since I got this and I just want to get back to gaming thanks :)
