the Profanity update caused my game file to disappear how do I fix
Hello, I have recently ran into a surprising issue with the recent Profanity update 11/22. I always back up my Sims 4 files and I never play with mods or cc. And when I went through the EA Play app, to install the latest update, my game wouldn't update, in fact I was not able to even repair the game and then I went to reset PC and my entire game file disappeared along the the shortcut Icon. Please tell me how fix this. I have been a loyal customer for 19 years and this is extremely frustrating. I can not afford to buy all the expansions, game packs, stuff packs, and kits all over again. I just want to play with the sims.
