The sims 4 : The VC++ runtime redistributable package error 1602

HI. I have the sims 4 in my account, I want to install it but it said "Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. setup cannot continue.(1602). How do I do, I worry because 1 year ago. I install TS4 Demo and I had save. Next month, I just download bittorrent. I try to play old save and the game was crash, I uninstall it. Now, I buy the full game but I can't install it. Thanks for answer 🙂
