The sims 4 64bit is not working (making me run legacy)

My sims 4 game won't let me run it on anything other than legacy edition, even though I'm using a 64bit gaming computer with 16gb of RAM. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to repair the game, and updated windows 10 in hopes it will let it start, but nothing has helped. I just bought discover University too, and I can't even play it 😭 someone please help!

When your game is set to 64bit in Origin it will NOT use 32bit. Please create a new topic and explain what your problem is.

you should try taking your custom content out. then run the game and see if it works.
