The Sims 4 Activation Code Does not Work

Hi

I´ve bought my code of The Sims 4 yesterday and after trying to redeem it I got message that is´s invalid... What shoud I do? I love The Sims and I was so excited for The Sims 4 and now this? (BTW: Sorry for my bad english I´m from Slovakia)

    Then you should normally contact the seller of the key to give you a different one.

    You can also try if EA customer support can help you further but if you bought through a key seller, they are usually not so willing to give you a new one.
