the other day i went on the sims, but after 2 hours, i wanted to watch youtube, so i did the fullscreen cheat. i closed it when i stopped paying attention, and now im here. when i play the sims on fullscreen, the controls are broken, and i have to click above it. i cant open an ea ticket because they think its simple, but i literally am unable to use the sims at all.
@bolivari Does your computer run Windows or macOS? What is the resolution of your monitor, and what resolution are you using in-game?
i run the sims on windows 10 using steam, and have a 64bit resolution, and same for sims.
@bolivari 64-bit is not a resolution, it refers to the length of the memory addresses an OS or application uses.

Please also load Sims 4, open the graphics settings, and list the resolution you see right at the top, for example 1920x1080.
