i run the sims on windows 10 using steam, and have a 64bit resolution, and same for sims.

@bolivari 64-bit is not a resolution, it refers to the length of the memory addresses an OS or application uses.

Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also load Sims 4, open the graphics settings, and list the resolution you see right at the top, for example 1920x1080.
