Hi, I think and hope so, that I found the solution. I just followed the steps of the "Resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling" field at the following post:

I played for an hour without crashing. I wish I won't have this problem again.

I did update them via your link. Thank you for your help and replies, but I think it's not the graphic card. Unless there are fake minimum requirements at the game.

The DXDIAG error message is misleading. The problem is actually an outdated or faulty .NET framework installation. Try reinstalling it from here:

Is resetting the game to factory setting really the only way to fix this stupid problem I have a game going and I would rather not loose it if I were to save the household and house and upload it on my page on the gallery would it save it please reply asap thanks!
