The sims 4 crashes everytime sim travels or exit the cas

Hello, my game keeps on crashing everytime my sim (not only my sim, but other households) travels or when i exit the cas. I tried every solution possible. 

I refreshed my folder, deleted the L files everytime, played on DX9, did 50/50, played without mods, reinstalled my game, still it crashed everytime.

I attached my dxdiag information, and my pc spec.
