I got a new PC and downloaded the Sims 4, however when I play it just crashes within 5 minutes, no errors. Didn't have this problem on my old pc. I tried to reinstall EA app and the game itself 2 times, deleted caches, no mods, downloaded drivers, did app recovery and repaired the game. Nothing seems to help, it's been 3 days of this struggle. Someone please help. Attached the dxdiag

aijanc Your dxdiag lists a couple of Razer Cortex crashes. I don't know whether these are related to the Sims 4 issues (probably not, to be honest), but it's a good idea to uninstall Cortex and test without it. You can reinstall it later.
When the game crashes, are you playing an existing save, or a new save but with old content (sims or lots from the Gallery or your own library), or a new save with only freshly-created or default content? If you haven't tested a new save with new sims yet, please do so.
