Chestnut Ridge loading bug

I've been looking everywhere for a solution to this problem. I just bought The Sims 4 Horse Ranch expansion pack and whenever I try to go onto Chestnut Ridge, the entire screen goes white. I can still see my household and get to the gallery and notification centre but I can't actually get onto the world. I tried uninstalling all of my mods, I checked the T.O.O.L mod was up to date (it was), I tried completely uninstalling the game and the EA app but it has not worked. I don't understand why this is happening since everything else is working.

 Does anyone have any solutions?

If this doesn't work, try manually uninstalling and reinstalling Horse Ranch.  In the game's install folder, the location of which you can see in the EA App (Sims 4 > Manage > View properties), you'll see one subfolder for each installed pack.  Horse Ranch is EP14.

Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list.  Delete the EP14 folder directly inside the Sims 4 folder, then open Delta and delete the EP14 folder there.  Clear the EA App's cache:

Repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), and download the pack again (Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons).  Please test in a new save again first, in a clean user folder.

If the new save is fine, you can trash the new Sims 4 folder, restore your old one, and test with your main save.  If only the main save is affected now, that's fixable too; just let me know.

    Hello,
I did the first step (Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts…) and I repaired my game and uninstalled and reinstalled Horse Ranch (and all of the other packs). This issue is resolved in the new folder/new save as I only see one Chestnut Ridge neighborhood and my Sims can enter into it without having the perpetual white screen. However,  when I load and play the older save I am still seeing two Chestnut Ridge neighborhoods. Do you know how to fix this to have only one Chestnut Ridge neighborhood that my Sims can enter into without having the perpetual white screen?
