HI For some time now I've had this error that I have to install Epic Games Luncher to open the Sims... I don't know what's going on

@InfernoDraxon Please uninstall the EA App using Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Reinstall it and try to play again.
If that doesn't help, uninstall Sims 4 with Revo and reinstall it. Here are more detailed instructions in case you want them:
The crucial part here is that you need to rename the Sims 4 user folder, the one that contains your saves and other user data, to something that doesn't include "Sims 4" in its name. This will prevent Revo from removing it along with the game's program files.
