The Sims 4 freezes on Diamon loading screen on start up

So recently I bought "The Sims 4" for new Dell PC. It's brand spanking new and it sure did cost a lot. Everything is new and updated (Meaning the Video card which a Nividia GeForce GTX 745). I installed the game using Discs perfectly fine. All was well for about a Day or two untill my game started freezing on the Start up screen when it finally says "TheSims4". I'd have to restart my PC to get my computer functioning again because the game totally froze everything. I researched some online and I found this post to make backup's and the game would automatically create a whole new "TheSims4" folder which totally reset the game to it's Beggining Tutorial set up. I inserted all my old files into the new Sims 4 file and the game was working again. This lasted me about 3 days when I ran into ANOTHER problem. My household's wouldn't load and it would just bring me back to the map. Seeing that this problem has already been addressed I did the steps to get the game working properly again. I took out all my saves and inserted each save back file by file so I could find my corrupt one which was causing the issue. The corrupt file turned out to be my favorite household which I just started that same day. I really didn't want to lose the family so I just uploaded them to the gallery then Deleted them from my saves and game. After everything was reset and working fine again, I downloaded my family back onto my game and everything was working again. I played them for about an Hour and a half and exited the game because I had other things to do. I came back the same day to find my game was starting to freeze again. This time not on "TheSims4" loading screen but on the Green Diamond you see right before you're brought to the map. I have no idea how to fix this because it's a consisten problem for me. I'm frustrated because my PC more than just meets the games requirements. Can you please help me with this problem on maybe how to permanently fix this?

The same thing happened to me, the loading screen would pause and it would crash after that. My issue was because I had too many cc so I looked it up and it said that you have to put your game performance on laptop mode and it worked! I don't know if you're using any cc but if you are I'd see if that was the problem for you. Good luck! 🙂
