The sims 4 i can't change file save's Location

I just get new pc gaming and I'm in shock 

My memory hard Drive on my new pc only 119 GB with "C"

and have anther hard drive with 1 TB with "D" I already install origin and the sims 4 on this Hard drive 

but when I start playing with the sims 4 why my mods files and video and screenshots with "C" not "D" please please EA update this problem
