the sims 4 install error
I just downloaded The sims 4 base game for Windows via the official free link, however the error announcement appeared while it was installing (please check the screenshot attached). I tried again and again but it didn’t work at all. My laptop is new and it meets all the system requirements of the games.
Could you please help me to figure out how to fix the problem?

Restart your computer, and if you use a third-party antivirus, disable it before trying to install Sims 4 again.
If that doesn't help, clear the App's cache and restart again, then create a new folder where you're going to install Sims 4. Place the folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. When you go to install Sims 4 again, choose this folder as the install location. Let me know whether it works.
