@ttd15 That error is an access violation and is too generic to be of much use: it can be caused by anything from bad mods or custom content to hardware issues. So it's necessary to narrow things down a bit first.
When does Sims 4 crash: when it's loading; when you try to load one save, or all saves; when you've been playing for a while in one save, or all saves? If you've only tested one save, please start a new one for comparison's sake. If you use mods and custom content, please test without them, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

It varies, sometimes its when I first load the game. Other times is after playing for like 5 to 10 minutes. It happens on all saves. I tried on a lot of families. I don´t use any mod or custom content. Just the base game and the expansion Get To Work.

@ttd15 Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of the graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
You can get a fresh copy of the newest Nvidia driver here:

I followed the steps but It didnt work. Keeps closing and showing the same crash log on event viewer. I can play CSGO, Rainbow six siege and The division 2 fine, no crashes.
