The Sims 4 keeps crashing

    dragonian232​  You could disable them only when you wanted to play Sims 4.  Killing them in the Task Manager (likely in the background processes list) may or may not be enough, but if you disabled them in msconfig > Services and then ended the tasks in the Task Manager, they shouldn't start up again until you allowed them to run again in Services.

    I realize these extra steps might be annoying, but at least you could play, and it's likely that this kind of incompatibility would be addressed in an update sooner or later.

    Alternately, you could try playing Sims 4 with the EA App in offline mode.  This would cut off your access to the Gallery but not otherwise affect the game.  If it helps, you could disable the Google services only when you wanted to be able to use the Gallery.

dragonian232​  Thanks for the dxdiag.  Most of the crashes it lists are errors of the graphics driver, and these could certainly take down Sims 4 if you were playing while they happened.  So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

I realize the computer is new, and the installed driver is the most recent one.  But the software prebuilt computers come with to update them immediately on first use isn't foolproof, and this driver could have been installed incorrectly.  The errors are very clear in terms of what is happening: the driver isn't responding in the way Windows expects, so Windows shuts down the driver.
