The Sims 4 key code

My sims 4 keycode does not work. Anyone know what to do?

You'll probably have to contact EA Support directly for product key issues.

Is the game showing up in your Origin account at all?

    My sims 4 product key says it has already been used n just brougt my sim4 yesterday. I down loaded it n it is not showing at all in my games in origin.

      You were able to download the game even though it's not showing in Origin?
