The Sims 4 lags to the point i can't even play

Hi, I bought Seasons and two stuff packs two days ago, when they got installed, the game started lagging so much i couldn't play at all, and the loading time takes about 5 minutes, this never happene...

Update: 

I removed the mods, removed the localthumbcach and those other unnecessary caches, deleted them from the recycle bin, and still no improvement. I really need help. It's a shame I paid a lot of money only not to be able to play the game.
