There isnt available english language from the drop down menu.
If it isn't available you don't have that supported on the version you bought.
Other than that way I don't know how you could change it, maybe you can find a tutorial online?

I searched everywhere, but no results.
I even tried to live chat with EA help, but i ended up just waiting 30 minutes 3 times in a row waiting when someone will connect with me, but unsuccesfully
I wouldn't know an other way then to buy an English copy of the game or be happy with what you've got.
Do you have other games in English? It is very odd for the game not to give you multiple options for which language you wish to use. I would try EA Customer Support again and just wait on the phone. It does take them awhile to answer, but they may be able to help you.

No i dont, but when i played on pc, i had the same problem, and i just installed a language pack from the intternet and then changed the language with a script.
but now , i have a mack, and i downloaded the same game from origin and i dont have the english language, because the language pack is not installed ( i dont know how) i know how to change the language on the computer (the sims 4 files) but then the game crashes, because although i changed the language in the script to english, there isnt an english language pack installed manually. i hope you understand what i said :D
