So my old computer I put sims 4 on broke. When I went to install it on my new computer it wont let me because the code "has already been used" Yes...it has BY ME! I bought the damn game but EA doesn't care about its customers, they only care about money.

I'm trying to register my game but it says the serial code is invalid/already used
You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game
The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.

I did use my account, but it is still asking for the code.

I am having a similar problem, only I had to transfer my games out of an old account and moved into a primary one where my sims 4 games were. EA support wrote right over the primary account, lost all my data and won't give it back to me because I don't have the digital download product codes after I gave them the one that came with my base game. I was told by an EA support worker I would have no problems now they were all there . NOT! I am left with the Sims 4 demo only and I cannot put my code in because my other accounts been wiped clean and they have lost all my purchases made. I have been told they cannot call up the games through origin which is a pile of *. they called up my Dragons Age Inquistion and didn't need a code for that or my SWOTOR. Now we all know how they have become rich off everyones money you get to pay another $200 + for their mistake! Good Luck to You right now they are not getting another penny out of me
