that is just complete and total money whoring! haha. I know it's the limited edition but this is just a joke. You guys are already bad enough with Battlefield and FIFA and overpriced add-ons. But to have to spend £80+ for two people to play the same game in the same family is just a ridiculous joke.

I am unforunatley having the same issue. However my game was in an account I had changed the email address as I had someone harrassing me on the other ( not game related). You would think they would notice this. NOT! I contacted EA support through the phone. The fellow that helped me last night reassured me he moved EVERYTHING over and I would be able to play MY SIMS 3 and SIMS 4 games with no problems it was all in my new primary account. Well he took out my SIMS 4 games and changed my gammer ID and now I can't recover any of it. The accounts they were in are now closed off , where my code was put in for the sims 4. My transaction history has been wiped clean, and all I am left with is the Sims 4 demo. EA tells me their hands are tied because I don't have the expansion/ stuff pack codes when I gave them the code for the original one. I have now lost over $200 worth of games. No wonder they want people to use the digital download if you don't have your codes from digital download your basically screwed ( unfortunatly my email account deletes emails that have been there for 30 days automatically and I can't get them back ) and then you get to spend another $200+ to play this game if you want to ever again. I won't be racing out to get them all again . Its their mistake on their end and well quite frankly I am so ticked off with them I don't want to give them anymore money. I hope you get your solution solved as I know mine won't be solved ever now.
