    @Molcovia  If you have any Razer software installed, please uninstall it and try again to play.  The type of Sims 4 error in your dxdiag has often been caused by a Razer application, and disabling it is sometimes not sufficient, although reinstalling it also works some of the time, so if this fixes the issue, you can try reinstalling hte program.

    If that doesn't help, or you don't have any Razer software installed, please try playing in a clean boot.

    However, do NOT disable the EABackgroundService, which is necessary for the EA App to function.  For the rest, when you reboot, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down everything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be active in a clean boot.  If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
