the sims 4 not starting / loading and crash

problem seems to be the same as http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/Sims-4-not-loading/m-p/4527869#M42349 me post in that thread: [ Spoiler ] i was suggested to make me own thread so here it is

    crash log drops normally where in the user folder?

    And i did  start sims 4 today by accident (miss click) but it worked

    dragon age origins (another game with issues also work properly so i don't know why it work now, but it works)

    so issues is solved but how i don't know,

Do you have any crash logs in your user folder ?

I can't really read them but maybe if you contact an EA tech advisor they find the cause.

And i did  start sims 4 today by accident (miss click) but it worked

    As long as it works, that's all it matters :D

    Crash logs are usually in the root of the user folder. So not in any subfolders and are called lastcrash.txt
