The Sims 4 Packs Not Downloading

I recently had a problem with my drive and had to uninstall then reinstall everything. I had most of my sims 4 packs on steam, but i bought others on ea. This time, instead of using steam, I download...

    @SimmieGoose  Yes, your best and only real option here is to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and reinstall the game through Steam.  You'll be able to download your EA App-owned packs into your Steam install, but it doesn't work the other way around: as you're seeing, you can't download your Steam-owned packs into an EA App install.
