[The Sims 4] Sims can only ask "Ask to Leave"

Hey! 

So earlier today I was having a problem, I edited an existing household in game - I believe the surname was Steele? - and played in her house a little bit before inviting over my own sims from another household. Upon his arrival I attempted to interact with him to only be given the option of  "Ask to Leave", no other sections such as "friendly" or "romantic". I have tried the repair game feature in the Origin Launcher, moving the Steele sim in and out of her apartment and resetting both sims respectively.  I also tried using other sims to interact with her and they only get the same "Ask to Leave" option.

    The first time I used my other household (Sim A for ease of conversation) to go visit her (Sim B), then I played with Sim B and invited Sim A back over and finally used the neighbors (The Feng household - Sims C) to see if they could interact with Sim B -by knocking on her door - or any other sim and found it's only with Sim B it occurs.

    Do Sim C and Sim B know each other? Did Sim B invite Sim C in?

    A and B don't have the issue? Or am I getting it wrong?

    Sim C and B are acquaintances since Sim B was a premade sim I was playing with, I was playing as Sim C (as suggested by an adviser to test it) to see if any other sims could interact with Sim B since Sim A couldn't get any other option other than "Ask to Leave".

    Do you have any CC (custom content) or mods? If you have could you test the game without?
