The Sims 4 Standard and Digital Deluxe

So you guys remember when the digital deluxe upgrade was free sometimes ago right? I have that, now my question is, if I buy the standard edition (which makes sense since I have the deluxe content), which edition cover will be registered in my library? the standard or deluxe edition?

    @Ank66 if you have already have the Digital Deluxe upgrade and if you purchased the stander edition now, both will get clubbed and you will able to see the Digital Deluxe upgrades are available for you.

    If you buy the base game, standard edition, you will get the Digital Deluxe since you already have that upgrade.

    @Ank66 I'm confused if you already have the digital deluxe registered why you would want to register the limited edition? To eliminate any confusion just create another account for the limited edition. Do you have a reason for trying to do this?

    I didn't say anything about limited edition? What I was trying to ask is which edition will appear on my Origin library if I buy the standard edition while already owning the deluxe edition upgrade, the standard edition cover or the deluxe edition cover. I'm not asking whether will I get the content or not, I know I can get them because even with the trial I can download the deluxe content. What I'm asking is the cover on my library, you know something like when you buy the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, you get the premium edition cover of Battlefield 4 on your library.
