the sims 4 static noise
In my sims 4 there are static noises and i cant play the game. I tried to change compability and update graphic driver but it is not working. What can i do? Also, the game is frozen like in the picture.

@yaren49 Please undo any compatibility setting you're currently using. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop and try to play. This will also remove all your existing content, which is in that Sims 4 folder, but you can put itt back later; the point is to see whether the game works with no user data at all.
