@Natsumi08 You did good with the dxdiag. As the version of your Windows 10 is the creators edition which included a new setting - gaming. When the update installed the setting gaming mode was enabled. Gaming mode has a dvr function and does like odd resolutions. Your display device is a Funai 720p resolution device and your video adapter is set to 1768x992 which is higher then the native resolution of the Funai's 720p and a non standard resolution and is causing the Funai to downscale.
Disable gaming mode: click windows icom lower left - click cog (Settings) - click gaming - click gaming mode - set use game mode to off.
You need to free up space on the system drive - 42.2Gb is low. There are many things going on and most create temp files and free space gets used up fast.
You didn't describe your problem so it is hard to provide an accurate answer.
First thing I recommend is 720p doesn't like to scale properly for non standard computer resolutions and is out dated. With 4K resolution really taking hold the price of 1080p tvs are down in price. Either use standard resolutions or
Your present video driver is not that far out of date and I feel what ever issues you have are not caused by the video driver. If you ever want to upgrade the Nvidia driver you don't have to uninstall a Nvidia driver. Just download and install the new driver. AMD (ATI) driver update is different.
