Sims 4 Get to Work missing

I've logged in with my exact account, information, etc.  yet I am missing a basic pack that I once bought, and it deleted after an update which logged me out. then soon after I was able to get it back for free just to find after the major update that broke sims 4 and is now, I'm guessing supposed to be fixed has yet again taken the 'get to work' pack but now behind a paywall. I've tried repairing it, but it acts like it can't. I've tried things months prior and still even at this point. I just want my pack back without having to yet again pay past 20 dollars.

I've split your post off into it's own thread- did you originally purchase Get to Work on it's own, or were you accessing this pack from an EA Play membership that's now expired? Please look over the Order History on your account to verify how you owned this pack. 

If you had an EA Play membership, you can check if your membership is currently active by looking over your subscription information here. 

@EA_Solaire I'm having a similar issue. I've had the Get to Work expansion pack for years, but when I updated my game just yesterday, I got a notification saying I needed Get to Work in order to play my past saves. I most definitely got it along with the game itself, but when I went to my order history, it's not there at all.

I've split your post off into it's own thread. If Get to Work is now missing from your account, and you're not seeing a transaction for this pack in your account's order history, it sounds like instead you had been previously accessing this pack through an active EA Play membership.

Did you previously have an EA Play membership for PC or via Xbox Game Pass?

Thanks for those details! Since Get to Work is included with EA Play through Game Pass Ultimate, if you're no longer able to access this pack, please verify that your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is still valid, and that your Xbox gamertag is properly linked with your EA account. 

I bought this expansion over a year ago but I can only play it if I have EA play. I have tried to reach out to EA many times but they are less than helpful. I don't feel it's right that I purchased the game but have to have a subscription to play it. I am sure I am logged in to the correct account because when I have EA Play the game automatically downloads. Can anyone help me? I'm super frustrated.

I was playing the Sims 4 and needed to restart my game after removing a couple of troubling mods.  After restart, my Get to Work EP was missing.  I had purchased GTW back in June, I know this because I checked my post history in a Sims 4 Facebook group.  Anyways, I checked my purchase history in EA and steam, and my purchase has mysteriously disappeared.  I did contact EA and the rep I chatted with said this was a known issue and they would escalate my report to the appropriate team.  Anyone else having this issue?

It's now a mild inconvenience because of I continue playing without GTW installed, my entire game could be corrupt.  Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon. 

@BrownEyedGirl716  Where did you buy Get to Work: directly from EA, in Steam, or from a third party that gave you a code to register?
