The Sims 4 Video Card issues

You need to go to the radeon website, support, click on HD series , 6700 series, and scroll down for the right driver.

I didnt have the updated video card drivers, i updated and now sorted, but keeps crashing but i will ask about this in another post.

Hi! I have the same problem with AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series  and The sims 4.

I have difficulties finding the right link for the update (i'm not english). Can you help, please? 😕mileysad: 

I know this is an old post, but I have an AMD 6990 HD. The game will launch and I can hear some sounds of the initial "sims 4" logo, but see a black screen. When that video is complete, the game will crash to the desktop. I have tried both 15.8 and the newest beta driver.

That particular card should be fine.
