I have the same problem but just with one family household I even tried moving lots and the same thing occurred. I had a last exception so I took it to discord so they can help and they said it had something to do with the cheat(bb.moveobjects on) so I make as little as possible moves on that cheat and still the same problem . This happened to me before but with discover university and the reason for that was cc couldn’t be concluded in discovery university lots
@Maya4047 Do you need more help troubleshooting this issue? If so, please post the entire error code you're seeing—there are a few similar ones—and what happens to trigger it. Please also let me know whether you can load the save at all.
