The sims 4 wont load save files on PC error code 102:61ede971:9a956f43

When selecting my family when in the map view I am able to edit them but when I click on them to play it crashes to the worlds view and shows the error code above and states to relaunch the game, I'v...

But it only happens when I enrolled at university

    @progamerb2006  Please run the patch that was just released, and see if you still get the error.  If you do, please post the exact error message you get, not just the first three digits bu the whole thing, i.e. 102:324a2e8e or whatever it is.
