the sims 4 wont redownload

sims 4 is not showing on mygames as I reset my pc and it wont redownload even on the same account and says code has already been used

    Please contact an Advisor they will be able to check your account and see what could be going wrong:

    1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin) and select Next
    3. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
    4. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    Let us know if you run into any issues with this!

    @billy4339 The most common cause for the game to not show in Origin is being logged in with an incorrect account. Could you please try logging in to Origin with different email addresses you may have yo see if the game shows up under a different account?

    If you are absolutely sure that you are logged in with the right account, then please contact an Advisor as they can check the code to see what is going on there:

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

  •  hi i recently unistalled my sims 4 on my pc and tried redownloading it recently but it keeps showing that my code is used. im sure that im using the correct account but the games does not show up in my games library at all. how do i reinstall it. please help?
