The Sims 4

Hello. Yesterday I bought The Sims 4 and I download it like my other games and when it was ready I just click on play, and it say that it stopped working. I have windows 7 only. Maybe it's about that issue? Anyone help me please fast, because I don't like to spend money on nothing. Thankyou!
