The sims 4

Every time I play my Sims 4 now under gameplay if aging is on the grim reaper comes and freezes my game !!!! I don't know what else to try . I talked to ea about this and turned aging back on and now problem is back !! I have uninstalled and reinstalled origin. I have reinstalled sims 4 and expansions and reinstalled. I have tried a system restore and no luck with any of this ... If anyone has any suggestions please respond. I also did repair on games and checked for updates also and that didn't work .. Thank you ..

    Does the dying Sim have lots of stuff in their inventory ? If so, try selling some before they die

    Thank you very much. Finally a solution that worked. Cleaned out his inventory and then grim reaper came and it all worked the way it should !!!!
