It's been a while since I can't really play the sims, and nothing seems to solve the problem, so I come here to get help from someone. I can create sims, normally, as supposed to. But I can never get...

Error 102:502fc384:c384:c3b73326. 

When I make a sim and then I put it in a house after a while I get this and it does not let me play help.

    Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
