Well im glad i came to the rescue. I had this problem too. I ended up using google to look for answers and ended up in some other forum where someone had the answers because i did so many updates to my computer and it did nothing. so i will copy and past her answer on here too.
"Hi I had the same issue, all drivers showing upto date. So this is what I done and it worked for me. I went into device manager(start, control panel, hardware and sound, device manager), clicked display adapters( I only have Intel(r) hd graphics), I then right clicked on the adapter and selected uninstall. Once it uninstalled it asks if you want to restart pc....click NO. Then wait for it to start to find the driver and it downloads itself. Once it's installed it will ask you to restart....do it. When it restarts open sims 4 and it should look all ok. No more pink, purple and blue lines...fingers crossed

That last part about making a system restore point i didn't do because i had confidence i guess. i did have to wait like 5 minutes i uninstalled it and it did eventually start looking for a driver and then downloaded it and restored it. Also something else is that after i uninstalled the driver, my screen went black for like less than a second and came back looking weird, everything was really big and squished into my screen. Nonetheless, IT DID fix my problem. and just as she mentioned, when i right clicked it for an update, it said that it was already up to date so that was a big lie. My graphics card is an Intel(R) HD Graphics. So its nothing out of this world.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
